    Program PPL Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta adalah kegiatan PPL yang waktu pelaksanaannya bersamaan dengan kegiatan KKN. Pelaksanaan dan penyelenggaraan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) bertujuan agar mahasiswa memiliki pengalaman nyata tentang proses pembelajaran di sekolah dalam rangka melatih dan mengembangkan kompetensi keguruan. Selain itu pelaksanaan PPL juga bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengenal, memahami, dan mempelajari permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran, serta untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang telah dikuasai ke dalam praktik secara nyata di sekolah. KKN yang bertempat di SLB E Prayuwana ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juli hingga September. Secara umum, pelaksanaan PPL meliputi persiapan, yaitu pembuatan media pembelajaran dan penyusunan rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPI), serta pelaksanaan praktik mengajar di sekolah. Setelah praktik mengajar, mahasiswa PPL juga menyusun rencana evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PPL diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar bagi mahasiswa, terutama dalam hal pengalaman mengajar, memperluas wawasan, pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi yang diperlukan dalam bidang mengajar, peningkatan keterampilan, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan kemampuan dalam memecahkan masalah pembelajaran

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar etanol dan hasil organoleptikpada pembuatan tape uwi dengan memanfaatkan daun jambu air dan kulit buah jagung sebagaipembungkus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen Rancangan AcakLengkap (RAL) satu faktorial yaitu media pembungkus yang berbeda. Media pembungkustersebut yaitu daun jambu air (M1) dan kulit buah jagung (M2). Analisis data secara deskriptifkuantitatif untuk uji hipotesis dari kadar etanol serta analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk uji organoleptik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa kadar etanol M1 sebanyak 1,26%, sedangkan kadar etanol M2 sebanyak 1,03%. Tape dengan perlakuan M1 merupakan tape yang agak disukai masyarakat. Hasil uji organoleptik sangat berpengaruh terdapat pada penilaian warna dan aroma, sedangkan penilaian tekstur, kekenyalan dan rasa tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap media pembungkus yang berbeda. Dari uji analisis Independent Sample t Test diperoleh nilai probabilitas 0,08 > 0.05, sehingga H0 diterima yang berarti bahwa rata-rata kadar etanol antara M1 dan M2 adalah tidak berbeda

    Fairness has an important relationship to the concept of commitment, but has only received littleattention in the Human Resources Management literature. Basic question about the relationship betweenfairness and organizational commitment are whether there is a variable between these to constructsor whether there is direct influence. Previous literature has revealed mixed results. LockeLuthan (1990) state that the relationship of fairness in the form of an award contingent and noncontingent on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. The goal of this research is to testand prove that perception of fairness compensation affect on organizational commitment through jobsatisfaction. The research was conducted at PT. PG Rajawali I Krebet Baru Bululawang, Malang.There the entire employee population is fixed and using random sampling techniques the study obtained358 respondents. Three variables are collected using questionnaires and interviews: the perceptionof compensation's fairness, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The data is analyzedusing path analysis and regression. The results show that perception of compensation fairnesshas a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment and a significant positive effecton job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on organizational commitment.Perception of compensation fairness has a stronger influence on organizational commitment ifthe relationship is direct rather than the indirect influence job satisfaction as a mediating variable.From the results of indirect influence perception of compensation fairness to the commitment throughsatisfaction can be interpreted that the employee reminds not imported level of job satisfaction, butemployees feel that fair compensation from the company will further enhance employee commitmentto the organization

    Good business can be manifested if business players to exercised their activities with the qualified unethical business behavior namely by manifesting the corporate social responsibility (CSR). Disclosure CSR is getting better, stakeholders getting sated and will give full support to the company for all their activities aimed at raising corporate financial performance. Company in applying CSRis expected to obtain the legitimacy of a social and capture profits appropriate. Therefore, researchers to test the influence of the disclosure of CSRcompany to profitability. This is the kind of research eksplanatory, showing the kausal between variables research to test hypotheses. A variable in this research are the disclosure of CSR and company profitability (ROA and ROE). A method of sampling using purposive sampling sample in order to obtain 21 companies.Analysis of data using simple linear regression analysis.     This study aims to determine the supply pattern of staple food , the availability of staple food, and energy avaibility from staple foods on the irrigated and rainfed rice farmers household in Karanganyar Regency. Samples totaling 150 rice farming households consisting of 90 irrigated rice farmers households and 60 rainfed rice farmers households in four districts ( Karanganyar, Gondangrejo, Jaten, and Jatipuro District ) in the Karanganyar Regency. Data used include the primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the supply pattern of staple food on rice farmer households in Karanganyar is from production itself and production itself plus of purchase. Average of staple food avaibility on irrigated rice farmer household was 64.75 Kg per month and 65.05 kg per month on rainfed rice farmers household. Average availability of energy from staple food on irrigated rice farmers household was 2516.69 kcal / person / day and on the rainfed rice farmer households was3584.53kcal/person/day.Keywords: Availability, staple food, energy, Karanganyar Regenc

    : Entrepreneurship Attitudes of Vocational School Students. The aim of this correlational-survey study is to analyze the relationship between residential environment as well as family economics education and students' entrepreneurship attitudes through motivation business. This study involved a sample of 124 second-year students of vocational schools and their parents. The results of path analysis show that residential environment and the intensity level of family economics education have positive influence on the students' entrepreneurship attitudes, and business motivation appears to have the highest influence. It is, therefore, suggested that schools create a learning atmosphere which enables their students to develop their entrepreneurship attitudes through real experiences

    Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Agency has authorities which one of them is to empower women. One of the strategies established by the Government is the Gender Mainstreaming (GM). GM is a strategy implemented in order to achieve gender equality through equal access, participation, control, and benefits as the impact of the development. This paper discusses the policy analysis of GM in Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Agency in Central Java province. The purpose of this paper is to analyze policy that is responsive to gender in Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Agency and acknowledge the issues related to Gender Mainstreaming in Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Agency in Central Java province. The analysis technique used was the Gender Analysis Pathway (GAP).The result of the research showed that the gender mainstreaming policies implemented by BP3AKB of Central Java province still could not overcome gender problems. Gender mainstreaming is influenced by several factors, such as; custom values, the willingness and ability of women in achieving gender equality, and the presence of mass media. This is suggested that there should be a special approach toward women to encourage them to be open minded and not to be constrained by traditional values in assuring the success of the gender mainstreaming program in Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Agency. Moreover, the involvement of community leaders such as traditional and religious leaders should be engaged in order to make this program works successfully
